Is there any point sending tunes to labels via these? they must get swamped!

i think its the best way to send demos, artists can see if labels actually listened to their track

If you have a premium SC account you can view who's listened to your tracks.

Yeah that is a good thing. I have the bog standard one so i just see play count, not who actually heard it.

No but if you send a private track to a label you will know when they have listened to it by looking at the play count.

I've sent things and ended up just deleting like a month or two after when i noticed nothing was going on with it.

Tbh, the best way would probably be to mail them something. But most don't let you do that hahaha.
Try and find e-mail addresses or getting in touch with people working with/around the label.
Do you say zerbaman? Or do you say zebraman?

Send the label a email as well as sending them a private track on soundcloud though.

I know I hardly EVER listen to stuff just dumped on my soundcloud, its like at least introduce yourself.

Best way to send though, they can listen instantly, download too - even put comments on the track of their thoughts.
