nowhere is the right place to ask questions about Dr. Drum, unless that question is: "Why is this software's advertising so comically bad".

No, you can't. Dr Drum is a standalone program and does not support being 'rewired' directly into FL. You could export your drums from Dr Drum as audio and then import them into FL Studio if you wanted to use them.
