fl to cubase 7

Dont know if anybody has changed from fl to cubase and found to have same problem using various sound packs drum packs etc when load a synth shot into groove agent etc it only allows me to use the one hit , on fl you can load straight into a channel / piano roll and you have various notes on midi within that hit , anybody know how to do this with cubase ?? totall nitemare ..

Yeah I had this problem, how I fixed it was, delete Cubase and throw it in the trash. Then, you go buy Ableton. :6: Just kidding, Cubase is actually pretty sweet from what I've heard. But isn't groove agent a drum machine/MPC type sampler? If that's the case, then I don't think you'll be able to do what you're trying to do with groove agent unless you copied the sample to a shitload of pads, and then repitched them all accordingly, but fuck that right? what other samplers are in Cubase?

There are plenty of freeware samplers you can use - GrooveAgent is a drum machine/MPC-style VST and should really be used as such :)

Yeah if your going to use Groove Agent, you would have to have multiple copies of the sample, and change the pitch manually using the "Coarse" and "Fine Tune" feature.
