@legend4ry
i think
i know what you're getting at and if
i were you
i would probably react the same way as you are (maybe even angrier lol). did you read the article
that was posted here a couple of days ago about
how the democratization of music production/culture leads to a lowering in quality of the actual music (can't be arsed to seek it out now)?
i think this is a general phenomenon (not only related to music) and - sad as it is - you might just have to accept
that fact. you can't deny newbies (of which
i am one) the right to discover all these things. also you can't stop them from posting crappy tracks on soundcloud and spamming hundreds of people with their links. this not just about brostep or the
dungeon sound. remember when deadmau5 got big and everyone was hyping electro/house? brostep is just the next big thing but it'll blow over, just like punk/disco/rnb/whatever-outdated-genre-you-can-think-of did some years ago. but in the end when all the
hipsters are gone you're left with a hard core (pun definitely intended) of people who actually mean, who love the genre and all those things you talked about, you'll just have to be a little patient.

don't mind if all of
that was bollocks, pretty late and tired
