There are some brilliant free and legal sample resources out there, google is very much your friend with regards to that, and I don't mean tpb or Demonoid, etc. I'll try and remember to post some links up when I finish work tonight

I get all my samples from the interweb.

Ive spent days on end just searching websites for interesting samples. The best samples that ive found come from forums like this one. The majority of my samples are not even related to dubstep which means they aint completely over used and probably never used within dubstep.

But you have to remember that everyone else and their dog has googled dubstep samples or something along those lines. Put some thought into what your seaching and google with always make it worth the while.

Maybe we should create a new thread with samples list in it. It has been done before but the majority of the time its a big ol list copied from somewhere else and the link have aways died or something.

I've started uploading some of the free stuff I've come across to mediafire if anyone wants to peruse I'll dig out the link.

It's no psitech sized collection by a long way (and most of it's probably up there come to think of it), but it's getting there. EDIT: Psitech's FileFront site seems to have been emptied  SHIT! SHIT! SHIT!

I'll have some dindins and dig out the link, brb...

EDIT: here you go, should work: http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=74f3 ... 53f6e79f73

They're all .RAR .ZIP or .7Z compressions and if anything belongs to someone and they don't want it up, let me know and I'll remove it.

Best thing to do with this site, click the random sample button, force yourself to create something with whatever it throughs up, usually end up with something good :D

In my free time away from other free time.. I bring up a few of my favorite kitchen utensils and enjoy knocking them together in ever more inventive ways. Sometimes, I even record the sounds.

Internet porn, dinosaur documentaries and black metal and jazz records I like. I just hear stuff and decide to use it.

Oh and there's this song called 'Amen Brother' by the Winstons...
