i doubt matey selling the dubs is sound proof, random trio, the others, sno, marlow, distance, omen AND slt mob rolled into one.Surface_Tension wrote:you do if they are yours and you don't play them and they are never coming out maybe?dubsteptim wrote:yeah wtf u dont sell dubplates thats for damn sure
even worse if the tunes aren't coming out. imagine you're the producer...transition get paid £50 for the dub, matey gets £XX for them on ebay, your tune never gets signed, and you're still poor.
who in the fuck would want a 2nd hand dubplate?

yeah exactly -- thats why im sayin u dont sell your dubplates. if a producer hits you w/ a tune, it isnt up to u to go n cut it and then sell it and u profit, not the producer!£10 Bag wrote:i doubt matey selling the dubs is sound proof, random trio, the others, sno, marlow, distance, omen AND slt mob rolled into one.Surface_Tension wrote:you do if they are yours and you don't play them and they are never coming out maybe?dubsteptim wrote:yeah wtf u dont sell dubplates thats for damn sure

In all fairness, I didn't go and do an Ebay search for Dubplates from Transitions, so I wouldn't know that there was more than 1 dubplate, or from these various artists. I concur, probably not all of those people. That said, if you paid to have it cut and you are selling off your vinyl, you don't sell that with the vinyl?£10 Bag wrote:i doubt matey selling the dubs is sound proof, random trio, the others, sno, marlow, distance, omen AND slt mob rolled into one.Surface_Tension wrote:you do if they are yours and you don't play them and they are never coming out maybe?dubsteptim wrote:yeah wtf u dont sell dubplates thats for damn sure

Now that you mention it though, I went and looked and checked his feedback and it's 100%... also 100% private auctions.

Have you ever cut a Dubplate? I highly doubt this dude is going to profit off of a Dubplate of a tune that you could easily probably grab off p2p know what I mean?dubsteptim wrote:yeah exactly -- thats why im sayin u dont sell your dubplates. if a producer hits you w/ a tune, it isnt up to u to go n cut it and then sell it and u profit, not the producer!£10 Bag wrote:i doubt matey selling the dubs is sound proof, random trio, the others, sno, marlow, distance, omen AND slt mob rolled into one.Surface_Tension wrote:you do if they are yours and you don't play them and they are never coming out maybe?dubsteptim wrote:yeah wtf u dont sell dubplates thats for damn sure

Yeah Appleblim got his bag nicked a while back and there was loads of transition dubs in there. It was about a year and a half ago though. But, yeah this looks well dodgy.SwiftGuyver wrote:![]()

it doesn't have anything to do with how many dubs you've cut or what your ebay feedback is...if you give a .wav to someone for cutting, you don't expect them to then cut the dub, play it 5 times and sell it on to someone they've never met before.Surface_Tension wrote: Have you ever cut a Dubplate? dodgy business. i'd be superfly tnt if someone sold one of my tunes on ebay
might be legit though, who knows. the others - ''flapjack'' is on one of the dubs...i swear that's been out on vinyl for about 3 years hasn't it?!
