nah i havent but i know it isnt cheap either. all im saying is if a producer hits you off with a tune, it isnt released, producer is cool w/ you getting it cut etc, it wouldnt be cool to go and sell it just like it wouldnt be cool to take the original wav etc file and go put it on torrents, give out, etc etc.

I agree, it wouldn't be cool to do that. On the other hand, if I was selling my vinyl off, I wouldn't take it and throw it in the trash if I just paid 50 dollars for it either. Therein lies the problem. Not saying it's right, but it's a piece of wax for all intents and purposes.
I'd be pretty pissed if I was the producer, no doubt. I don't think that anyone who would go about getting those dubs cut, had access to those producers unreleased materials, etc... would they really sell their dubs?
Not likely. I lean toward the stolen bag theory. In any case, one could always flag the auctions.
