Much as I like all the meats mentioned above (except for prawns), especially roast duck, nothing beats a chargrilled juicy slab of medium to medium-rare steak with a small amount of fat and no gristle.

Steak tartare's pretty tasty too!

France in 3 days, US in 12! Can't wait for all the well tasty food!
