where to find that rave sound

not quite sure what to call it, but im looking for how to make/sample that classic rave sound used quite a bit on zombys 92 album. sounds like a horn or siren

its a rave siren or dub siren, or air horn, or whatever u wanna call it

its used alot in both rave music and dub music

you can find the samples all over

It's an AIR HORN, google 'air horn samples' there's bound to be loads out there. Also that Tim 'Big Dog' Westwood soundboard has a beauty on it.

Yep, it's an air horn. Shouldn't be too hard to find a sample. Then you can just add any processing to your liking.

Yes but recording it yourself also gives you alot more control over the sample.
