me is thinking of getting a drum pad

Post by caunterstrike » Tue Feb 24, 2009 12:50 pm

i have been considering buying a drum pad for both producing and messing around with loops etc and have narrowed it down to these two

and

i use abeton so the trigger finger is seeming the better option but the x/y pad on the korg looks pretty slick

has anyone used any of them and if so what are they like. reccomendations please

you're unlikely to regret it

I've got a trigger finger for sale. good as new. still got the box.

it doesn't come with ableton live lite as installed it and i upgraded it to the full version.

only reason i'm selling is i don't use drum pads much and have another set on my MicroKontrol.

I found the thing very responsive, had no issues (other than a slight head ache getting it to work with drum racks in ableton, easily fixed by reading the ableton forum)

if you can live without the x/y pad give me a shout via PM. I'll flog it cheap.
