you guys use a lot of lingo!
I keep coming across words/phrases i don't quite know what mean:
bounce down - downsample? export?
refills - sample cd or what?
there are more, is there a glossary for all this or am I just gonna haveta slow up all the threads with tedious 'what does x mean'

ok after
bounce down:
(or simply bounce) the act of a field umpire putting the ball back into play by bouncing the ball in such a way that it mimics a vertical throw.
I got
(bounce that down : in music recording, to combine several tracks together and record them on another track)
refill is just reasons file format for storing sample sets?

Bounce down : export multiple sources of data to one continuous piece of audio e.g Bounce down a track (exports the track to .wav or mp3 etc)
Down sample : take the sample rate down, tracks are sometimes edited in a higher sample rate than needed, C.D's can only reproduce sound at 44.1 khz though so down sampling is necessary for compatibiltys sake
Refills : Reasons samples that can only be used inside one of the reason programs
think thats what yuo were asking

That thread might help you.
Exporting is essentially bouncing down.. you can use either .. "exporting it" "bouncing it" same thanggggg.
I know where you're coming from though .. I didn' know what a mix down was till like a year ago

It says in the beginning of the first link that "they will take it all the way down to M", so a2m it is then.

^ That should be added to wikipedia. All they had was the "nasty one" and two others. So awkward misunderstandings like this could be avoided.
