Starkey & Dev79. Listen to Starkey's Seclusiasis show for all the good american dubstep. Though I know what you mean, the stuff which gets all the attention sounds like slowed drum n bass or cliche reggae ballbag (War Records). Excision & DZ are amazing though as far as slowed down drum and bass goes but they are Canadian
