Did you hear about that Asian guy who opened a shop called Harry Ramadans? Bastards made him rename it.

my new favourite restaurant in london is the MASSIVE Dim Sum place in Elephant under the uni halls near corsica. Its as good as the Chuen Cheng Ku in chinatown used to be (and nearly as much variety, sticky rice with wind dried sausage was only thing not as good), but cheaper and really fresh. Win!

This thread is don.
Chicken hearts are lush.
Kingsland road is quality for Vietnamese and if you walk up and little more and go down Englefield, there is the Huong Viet which is quality and looks like it could actually be in Vietnam.
Also on Kingsland is Faulkners which is an awesome fish and chip shop/restuarant.
Some where else to go is the Japan Centre on Picadilly, amazing sushi. Only just discovered this place, well worth a visit.
Fuck, there are loads of decent places.
Oh yeah, Nandos is gash.

No such thing, i searched for 4 years to find a good Chippy. You have to go north of Birmingham to get good Fish & Chips. Preferably Whitby. Leeds is pretty fookin hard to beat an all.

It's not about Harry Ramsdens, the McDonalds of Fish & Chips

A good fish & chips shop should be getting fresh fish every day as standard.

Mate all I have to say on this one is that Green Lanes is -the- place for kebabs.

There's this one they do called summant like 'yogurty adana' or summant which is a layer of bread, a layer of kofta kebab and yogurt and tomato sauce on top of that. Pure fuckery.
