Two new METALBOX bits. DEEP SEA DWEELER / GUN PLAY.

Post by metalboxproducts »

Deep sea dweller is a detroit inspired track. Gun play is more breaky. I've also put up a new version of BoomBomm. I sorted out a few levels and mastered it with less bass dominance( still heavy though). Not that ye gonna be abe to tell over myspak.
Feed back as always is welcome.
If you want the 320's, just pm me

Cheers

Yeah, Deep Sea Dweller's the one out of these two I think. Gun Play's got that opening guitar riff from Jimi's "Fire" distorted up hasn't it? Wasn't too sure about that pan pipe sound though.
Hmm....

No pan pipes in there. Don't no what ye talking about. The jimi thing is just a synth but, well spotted.

nice tunes!
But perhaps an original title would be more fitting, rather than just a straight rip of Drexciya's. A title that is an ode, not a facsimilie.....

Cheers man, i hear what ye saying but it's just a name. It's not as if they came up with the name out of the blue though is it. They weren't the first people to use those words in conjunction with each other. Whats wrong with stealing a name? One of my next tracks is called"The Conversation" after the film. Should i change it to "I'll have a quiet word". It was done out of respect because i really like thier music. Having siad that the album Neptunes Lair on Tresor was shite.

Outright theft of anything is always a great way of getting free stuff whereas tributes usually are more expensive and often lost.

Not convinced by that genius steals idea - prisons are full of folks that do that aren't.
