However, the pressing plant on their first release misspelt Mystikal Digitz

Aftee, grow up. your output on this topic ain't gonna make any difference. Snoop has reworked a successful dubstep tune, that's a fact. some people like it, some people don't. you've been acting like a very desperate kid regarding this tune and you should realise you can't change the way of things by crying on a forum.
there is a thing to be remembered by the dubstep crew involved: stay true to your roots and keep pushing the sound forward. that's all we can say here, but in the end the producers will decide what they will do and people will decide whether they like it or not.
you're putting too much energy into defending something that doesn't belong to you, me, Snoop or anyone else. dubstep has it's own life and there will always be many great underground artists even when a small number of the dubstep producers starts doing "instrumentals for hip-hop" like you're saying. it's only good for hip-hop innit? look at the history of hip-hop or any other non-extreme music genre and tell me why you think dubstep is any different than all the other ones? hip-hop is great, dubstep is great, and they both evolve in the same world. end of story.
just let it be.
