Going back to the start, I think the celts are right up there with the best. Scotland is pioneering that hip hop sound with rustie, hud mo, mike slott and then there's ikonika and kode 9, mungo's. As for wales, loads of people with their heads down making tunes. Monkey and stagga always amazing. Magenta too his new stuff is brrrrrapple crumble. DEFFO! There's me too, but I'm shit.
