US bans payments from online gambling sites!!!

anyone have an opinion on this?
i dont use them but i kno nuff people that use these poker online etc sites and now there are gonna be no more payments allowed from peeps in da US!

i had heard that this might happen.
credit card companies were getting tired of people suddenly incuring huge debts that they have no way to repay.

i heard it was to do with US gambling laws (UK gambling firms are arguing that its an infringement of monopoly laws, becoz US peeps are only gonna be able to gamble thru the big US based casinos etc..)
