My predicament is the same apart from they didnt email me to tell me the toastyboy was out of stock, i waited for a month and emailed them, they offered me two replacements which was nice, so i mailed back telling them what i wanted mid last week and havent heard anything back.
To tell the truth I personally will be very hesitant to trade with them again in future especially when you can get frankly VIP service from shops like Rooted. Anyway I will reserve my judgement for this week in case they do get back to me but still.

To be fair I spoke to them this afternoon and they were very apologetic and offered to pay to send the wrong CD back.
The jury is out while I wait for the right CD to come.
Hopefully my confidence in them isn't dented anymore.

Dubplate are sending me a data CD containing my lost mp3's and are throwing in tempa022 (tapped/dutch flowers) as an apology....which will be gratefully accepted!
They sent my vinyl out last week as well, so its the couriers who need castrating.
