nice track, really love that muted guitar string effect, I've been playing around with that myself a bit these days

Nice man. Very tight upbeat vibes. I'm gonna blaze to it right now

I also use Ableton. How loud do you keep your mixes in it?

Thanks man.....

just rolled one too :R:

So, more or less.......

I start with the master around -6 db's

Get all my drums and bass as loud as I can, while leaving some headroom
(usually around -3 db's) Gives you some room for mastering, effects ect...

And adjust the rest of the levels to taste...

Obviously you want some things louder than others...

If I can turn up the master at the end of the mix, while still leaving some headroom, i will.....

Of course this is not exactly how I mix every song, just s decent "general" starting point....

Thanks for checking out my tune.....

Send you a fresh 320 when I finish mixing / mastering it

Definatley feeling the vibes on this one. Can picture zoot + beer + golden sand when listenin to it. Like others have said I'd suggest less claps as it seems to distract me away from the tune itself. Looking forward to hearing the rework. Hit me up with a 320 when you've got it sounding even tastier 8)

Fun tune! I feel liek I'm gettin a tan already 8)

Would love to hear a vocal over this.
The changes sound a bit sudden... Could use an element the helps make the different sections more cohesive ie... synthy builds/fx sweeps/drum fills etc..

yeah, I couldn't agree with ya more brotha :!:

I completely re-did the drums, they are slammin' now.

Cut the claps completely.. They WERE annoying

I did add several vocal samples over the tune tune.... I think you will like em'

I probably do need some smoother transitions in between sections of the song.

Little bridges would probably do me good.

I appreciate the comments :R:

a lot of people have asked for the re-worked, mastered copy of this song...

I am just about finished

Should I post the link to the 320 here, or in a new thread...

I don't know what the protocol is....?
