how many of you lot actually wear ear plugs

i always wear ear plugs!

when i forget them, i have regular breaks from listening and dont stand to close to the rig.

Tbh iv been in cars where systems have hurt my ears more :S
I think its where in a rave the system's are properly set up so its all clear, where iv been in some cars, dropped some dub and where the bass is on full it just nearly blew my ear drums lol

I hate that haha! One of my buddies systems was like that.

that sounds harsh....i live in the country side where im lucky if i have 1 car go past every 2 hours at night

got some ear plugs couple months ago after readin this thread n my ears do feel better for it, altho they can get a bit uncomfortable after a few hrs n r difficult to use if im mixing wit them cos they stick out a bit
