Ben Bracket - RIP
RIP
I only met him once but he was a really nice guy and his production was heavy. RIP
I still can't get at his computer yet, stupid fucking cops..
What i need from all of you is that if you have ANY of Ben's music upon your person that he sent any of you guys, please please can you megaupload, divshare or whatever to me in the next few hours. I'm trying to compile the show for tonight on Ill FM so this is quite important.
email me them at j.tec at mac dot com, please don't make them public just yet...that will be done in time i promise
I may have lots of it already but just send over what you have if it isn't any trouble...
and remember www.illfm.net 8-12 (although the show may now be delayed until 9pm due to server issues in the states.) Please tune in if you can, lots of Bracket's music gonna be aired - new & old...don't miss.

Did anyone actually get most of it recorded last night?
More importantly, the mic nonsense..i need audio to edit in..yi someone yousendit me? We're adding another ben mix, slug step to the archive and a few other bits too
i know some chat bits may not of been clear at points but hey, we hijacked a neighbours wi-fi connection to do the stream live, it was a miracle this show went out last night..so glad it did though.

this is truly tragic news
though we only met in the last 18 months it was always a pleasure to see ben out and about, real nice bloke, always full of enthusiasm for the music and scene of which he was a part of and undoubtedly had a load more to give too had he not been taken from us so soon
gutted, bassically
much love and condolences too all your family and freinds
RIP BRACKET

If anyone wishes to attends Ben's funeral on Friday 17th April then please feel free to email/PM me and i will pass you on full details on what you need to know.
We have arranged a 74 seater coach from London but spaces are getting snapped up quickly so please get in touch if this interests you.
It will only cost 7-10 quid and will take us to the service in Amersham from Highbury & Islington station and then onto the wake/celebration 13 miles away in Stoke Mandeville.

Jesus, that's terrible.
Haven't checked the forum in ages, just found out about this. Only knew him from assorted Bloc run ins, but as everyone has said, was an incredibly friendly guy. I have very fond memories of going for the big crowd reload when he played Krome & Time - The License at that dubstep rave in some underground office complex in Shoreditch. One of the best Jungle sets I've ever heard.
RIP.
