is the scientist guy ive seen on some dubstep flyers, is he the same dub producer from the 70's?

he some times plays with (King) Tubby who has a show on Rinse as well.

DJ scientist is a criminally underated DJ whos been playing dubstep since day one.Good radio voice too.
Top technician on the decks and responsible for the best set I ever heard at FWD in the old days.
But not a 1970s dub producer.

Apparently THE Scientist is producing with Sun of Selah/Krypik Elementz...the 70s dub Scientist...
