Lovely to enjoy the brain rattling bass of Mungo's system for the second time in a couple of weeks. They have so many dubs it's untrue, heard practiclly a unique selection from them again tonight.

Although I seriously think I lost a few brain cells thanks to it, even right at the end I found I could still skank around a bit at the back thanks to the rig (and the tunes obviously). Thought it was a bit strange how they stopped it so suddenly though? They seemed like they could go on for hours.

Brilliant night, thoroughly enjoyed it. Whatever tune it was that Loefah dropped as his first tune, seemed a little bit too deep for the system to handle. The bass in the main room was perhaps a tad bit under-done, but it actually made a welcome break from the intensity of room 2, and the sound quality itself was actually really good. Loved all of mungo's, Loefah's and Mala's sets (really enjoyed hearing the crackle on some of his dubs, and hearing anti-war dub obviously).

Thought Shy FX's set was ok, although you really do get the impression that he's rinsed it out about a million times before, which in all fairness he probably has thanks to the number of lineups he seems to be on.

Big thanks to all involved, although I didn't see / hear too much detail about the festival itself, still waiting with baited breath!

edit: £5 for a pint, are you having a laugh?

Mungo's were on right at the start to warmup in the main room. 10:00-11:30, although doors didn't seem to open until about 10:30 and it was blooming freezing outside!

They came on again about 5:15 in room two, and played until about 6:45. They mixed some of their own stuff with other bits of dubstep towards the end as well.

Loefah basically set the standard very high straight away still cant get over his set then all the Djs after didnt disappoint N-Type B2B Hatcha (La Roux remix into Kingpin=silly bizznizz), Plastician, Mala (played tripple six ) Joker was on fire just caught the last 15-20 sounded SICK!! Luke Envoy i didnt know what 2 expect & was blown away mans got serious skills, Then who ever the Djs in that middle room after him were sick played some Dubstep iv never heard before really enjoyed it. The Joanna Newsome/Bob Marley remix's were 2 much....

Who was takin all the pictures saw at least 10 poeple with SLR's runnin about?

Properly feelin the effect of the weekend now

big mungo's hi-fi the fuck up...that rig is absolutely ridiculous.
i only left that room to smoke, see mala, and see re-re-re-re-remarc.
when RSD dropped 'pretty bright lights' it was epic. the highest bass note on that tune made my whole body feel strange.

Seriously though, how do stoners survive in London? everyone's brain is going at twice the rate of yours, there's no good blazing spots except the parks, there's police everywhere, AND nowhere to skin up.
you can't even take a piss or find a bin near the tubes...you can rip on country boys all you want, but in Cornwall, we've got toilet facilities and convenient places to dispose of makeshift explosive devices.

you londoners need to chill out a bit. sick rave though!
