There is a whole world down there that I just didn't hear before. Never mind hear, feel.

But... where do I put the sub? I've got krk 5's in a very tight nearfield arrangement.

I'm worried about sound transmission into the floor, so am thinking of lifting it off the floor, but do I have stereo considerations? Any other considerations?

Can I keep the sub under my desk? How directional is the sub cone?

I'm thinking of buying the sub for my rp6 set. But i live in a flat (am gonna move soon though) and am quite worried about my neighbours..
Did you have had any complains?

Save the money and spend it on acoustic treatment.

Best to place the sub speaker right next to you're head.
Don’t worry about people stealing an idea. If it’s original, you will have to ram it down their throats.

get yourself a 20 quid SPL meter, download Room Eq Wizard, analyse the room with the sub switched off and then try different sub placements, levels and crossover freqs until you get a healthy curve without too many mad dips or peaks. if you've spent money on a sub, it's worth taking the time to set it up properly :-)
