Klaxons ‘Not Over Yet (Skream Remix)’ (Polydor)

Post by MikeE » Sun May 03, 2009 10:48 pm

Just saw this on the Toddla T essential mix. (i.e. mention of a proper label)

Does this mean its getting a proper release now? if not why mention Polydor as opposed to "white label" on the other tracks.

probably, it's the best time for labels to cash in on Skream remixes, as oppose to 2 years ago when this tune was still good, yet not as popular.

on his radio show skream mentioned an album...
wouldn't be surprised if this made an appearance as well as other unreleased stuff that he hasn't given out for free...

I agree. Skream makes BIG tunes every time but I don't consider this to be anywhere near one of his best, it sounds too similar to me and is one of the most hyped tunes he's made. I wish tunes such as Calous, Guru, that Indian tune think it's called Korma were this hyped, these tunes NEED to be released!

gotta love it

oh, and the label thing is very possibly just a mistake made by whoever compiled the tracklist, assuming the remix was on the same label as the original, they've done it before. i wouldn't get your hopes up TOO much... though i'd leave it to the man himself to correct me if im mistaken
