　　据玩家反映，原本14条的魔兽世界用户协议，被九城增加为17条，并且条条触及玩家权益，于是纷纷向315消费电子投诉网（www.315ts.net）进行投诉。据统计分析，玩家异议较多的地方主要集中在以下三个方面：

　　1、新协议第7条规定：第九城市拥有中止、终止和/或删除用户账号的绝对权利。
