It was shit, but i was high and it was fucking funny to see people taking it so seriously
It is serious. I hope you weren't smiling or 'moshing' that would not do at a Black Metal gig.

Gorgoroth are seriously false anyway.

I saw Satyricon a while back, they were awful. It was full of kids having fun and stuff

I was mostly pointing and laughing from the bar area, while being 'cursed' by the lead singer Gaahl and got into an argument with some female that claimed to know all the deep and meaningful lyrics to their songs. I then proceeded to laugh her out of the venue with red eyed glee.

Then there was the time i saw Mayhem play. They only played a 20 min set and some hench Norwegians were thinking of burning down the stage in protest. Scandinavians are bare laughs.
The lead singer cursed you? Did he actually like stop singing and start a satanic ritual or something? Did they have people on crucifixes and real goats heads on spears again?

Sadly no goats heads that time, but my mate did nick a burning candle from the front of the stage and we spent about 20 mins running around Nottingham city center on a saturday night trying to put it out.

As for being cursed, he was on bended knee looking right at me and pointing muttering something under his breath that if it were not for the stupidly loud noise coming from the band i might have heard. It was Gaahl so he might have been trying to come onto me

Black metal just needs to be witnessed to see the full brevity of ridiculousness.

Shit, seems like fucking ages ago, now.

Last band I saw live was Bring me the Horizon for, like, the fifth time. And, barring the army of 12-year olds and the over-bearing presence of fringes, they were actually...well, mediocre.

I got pepper-sprayed at that gig. That shit is horrible.

Warsaw Village Band in Jazz Cafe last night. Before that, a couple of Polish punk bands in the pub in Southern London, more out of sentiment really - I met people I haven't seen for over 10 years, too, didn't really expect that.

He's pretty gay, I'll agree, but he does put on quite a good live show. And I will admit to loving his screams
