i know the boys Noisia dig dubstep.
and they've made a dubsteppish beat and jokers slow rap with their semi-serious hiphop sideproject called De Huilende Rappers (The Wining Rappers)
has no sub tho.

when you go to a party with a fever and a bigass cold, but Osiris puts on Honour Kill and you sniff your nose and scream with all your strengt left for a reload, he does, and the fever is gone :D
