SERATO HELP, anyone with info please help.

Post by soulreal » Sun May 31, 2009 1:12 am

ez ya'll. I needed a new laptop to use for shows upcoming this weekend and next week, so i borrowed my old mans brand new dell, big ups pops, but when i plug serato into it usb it is not recognized. This box has work with much inferier laptops, and works with my MAC desktop. I have updated, rand the drivers, dialog box says sl1 is recognized, and tried everything i know to do. The dell is pretty nice, fast and like i said brand new, running vista64bit. tech support says it is a bad chip-set but the comp was recently looked at by a professional and seems to be tip top. Wasting valuable practice and tune sort out time by doing this. PLEASE HELP A BROTHER IF U HAVE ANY SUGGESTION.
thanks
peace
