Whenever the local wood pigeon kicks in it really reminds me of Night.

Can't think of much else that sounds like birdsong but Scarecrow - Exorcist has an actual crow kaw at the start, and Untitled by Breakage features a hot 32 by some rowdy ghetto sounding chaffinches halfway through (It doesn't really, I just wanted to confuse the journo's reading this
).
Most of my ideas for melody patterns come from listening to birds singing while I'm walking back from a night out at 5 in the morning, everything seems to make a lot more sense at that point (musically speaking).

This is neither time or the place.
Haha! Seriously, there are a LOT of crows about where I live, nearly all the crow sounds I use are recordings from outside my house, it's crazy when they're all going off on one. Probably explains a lot tbh

i've been putting together a list of songs with bird/island type sounds for a mix. this is great! aside from what's already been named, there's something on the Wagawaga EP (Legegedon?), Rob Sparx "Fixed Up", and Fat Freddy's Drop "Cay's Crays (Digital Mystik's Version)"...
yes, naturestep!
