not getting a notification for being fired the official way.
I found out by coincidence I don't have to show up at work anymore tommorow.

any suggestions for how to fill my time?
the only thing I've got planned for the coming time is bringing in my badge at work.

Just remembered I finished the last of that delicious cider brandy last night. More comission to be heading your way very soon, Magma!

Actually, I'm pulling it off the shelf this afternoon, I reckon. Work's been a fucking shitfight.

stnuc thinking they're better than you because they "slack off" less, but actually get *less work done* overall has been pissing me off today. Not even my boss or team leader or whatever, just fucking colleagues who I do far more work than giving me dirty looks when they see that I've got SNH open in the background.

This shit's boring. I need SNH open to make sure I don't go postal.

Lol yeah I've been having a glass on the rocks every night since it was delivered, pretty much. I can't thank/blame you enough for that one. I think I'm gonna go for a younger one next time though, something a little bit sweeter...

As for what you say about work - so fucking true man. I get the feeling that your work environment is quite similar to mine - the only human interaction you get really is talking on the SNH?

Yeah, exactly... I work with pretty dull people that don't really want to get into the office banter. So my day's spent either talking to people on the phone about techy stuff or sitting in silence. We're not allowed mp3 players on or anything because we need to make sure we hear our phones if they ring apparently (can't be trusted to see the massive fucking thing flashing).
