I have been prescribed a pile of drugs off the consultant to take and I feel really fucking ill and there's not much I can do but put up with the side effects until my body gets used to them.

30mg citalpram
150mg tramadol
25mg diazepam
90mg dihydrocodeine

I don't want to sound emo but fuck, I feel really shit today both mentally and physically and all I want to do is crack up ang go postal with a big fuck off gun
