I fucking hate Pendulum, regardless of what genre they're trying to produce.

how can most of you have such hatred for one group and automatically dismiss theyre new music before youve even heard it? So what if they've made some pretty cheeseball stuff in the past they've also made a couple of smashers and at the end of the day if the tunes good its good.

Half of you gimps will probably like theyre dubstep stuff but still dismiss it as 'commerical shit' regardless of whether its actually good just because your hating on the crew.

to be fair i'm not their biggest fan either, but if they bring out a good tune i'll listen it the same way i would any of the 'cooler' producers.

No band, producer, artist or dj can ever 'ruin a scene'. Some of you sadsworths really need to get a grip. Your just talking about another fucking type of dance music here, its not the be all and end all of life.

looking at this objectively - and considering pendulum's now-natural environment of big concert halls and festivals - im not sure dubstep is the right move for them. I saw footage of C&S at some festival and eastern jam wasnt really doing it. the jump up feel and speed of drum and bass just works far better in their surroundings..

that said they're blinding producers so if theyre just going to make some album tracks between the mental stuff then im all for it. part of what makes pendulum popular is that theyre so listenable (leagues ahead of most in terms of crafting songs, not just breakdowns and drops) in a non-club situation.

First Snoop...now Pendulum......oh the horror of it all!!!

Seriously though I don't own any Pendulum records and doubt I'd buy any Pendulum "Dubstep" records........BUT......out of the many many DnB shows I've been to over the years they were one of the more banging.........granted it was about 2005 or 06 when I saw them.

You are Dubstep! Not Pendulum, nor Snoop...

If you dig, buy it, play it, party to it.
Otherwise simply ignore it.

Pretty easy i think...
