Is it illegal to post human faeces to someone?

Post by __________ » Wed Jun 17, 2009 1:32 am

I heard about http://www.sendaturd.co.uk but the site is down, which has done nothing but fuel my curiosity.

Is it legal?

someone must know?!
I've been fully up for posting someone a fat log for ages, but I've been putting it off because I presumed it's pretty illegal, SURELY?

why is the website down? are there any other similar professional turd sending services?
I heard it's expensive (£20 - £30) to send a turd to someone (although you do get to pick what type of turd) which made me think I should register www.sendacheapturd.com

They'd be able to do you for something I would have thought:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/hamp ... 437980.stm

I used to live in Portsmouth and a friend who worked at the post office had to submit a DNA sample when they were investigating this case as he sent parcels of shit amongst other things.

I'd guess that it's about as illegal as, say, taking a dump on someone's front door?

Also, it's only a problem if they take offense :D

http://www.metro.co.uk/news/article.htm ... page_id=34
www.postapoo.com... A Scottish company has been condemned for inviting customers to 'send a poo' to an Englishman on St George's Day.

Edinburgh-based firm PostaPoo.com is selling plastic 'realistic poo' to send to 'your favourite (or least favourite) Englishman' to mark April 23....

...The website boasts that tests show 18 out of 20 people think the product is real at first sight and points out that it is legal to send unsolicited mail.

While it is illegal to send real excrement, the product is plastic and therefore not against the law, the company claimed...

Send em crabs instead
