This string of shit remixes

Post by chainsawclownstyle » Mon Jul 06, 2009 8:35 pm

Am I a bit cynical for thinking it it was some random producers and not people backed by Skream, Plastician, Benga, whoever that nobody would listen to that shit?

Sincere/Blinded By The Lights Nero remixes... die now please.
Tell Me Distance remix... die now please.

Throwing a sample over some grinding shit does not a quality remix equal.
Forgive me, I'm out of weed.

Yeah man get some weed. I am a miserable bastard when I am out. Tough times.

I think 99% of remixes are shit and it has always been that way.

The Nero rmx does nothing for me either but I am not a fan of the original tune either.

Haven't heard the Distance thing. I usually do like whatever Distance makes. I hope it's not that bad.

Was just thinking the other day about how many shite remixes of Knowledge we had to endure before a good one came around (Untold). There hasn't been a single Request Line rmx that I would play to this day. We could go on all night but it isn't very constructive. How about let's all burn one and call the whole thing off.

I'm not talking about a style of music, I'm talking about a lack of production value. There's harder dubstep that is great. There are distance tunes that are great. I'm not openly bashing an entire style of music all at once, just a few remixes.

Bashing is bashing, as you yourself said and was quoted from a previous thread, if you don't like it don't listen to it, end of story.

I equate shit remixes with watching a woman being raped. You do nothing to stop it, you might as well be the rapist your damn self.

wauw you're full of it... really don't like the rape comparison... actually. you might be right but you think whining about it on a forum is doing something about it ?

really don't get your point here. and I actually do like the nero one but that's just because I absolutely adore the original... still think it's better to play the original.

but hell you're right in a way but you're defo wrong in bitching about it in this way.

waisting a whole thread on it :)

but big ups for getting me started on it anyways.
