Just email them telling them the problem and they'll ask you to send it back, they'll play it and if it has any problems they'll send a new one.

The customer service at chemical is usually bang on, everytime I've called them... Always a girl, who calls you dude, always find it a little awkard that, when a girl calls you dude... Now, HTFR, the sarcastic prick who deals with complaints is gonna get slapped in the face with karma one day, fucking squirrel...

LmAO. Imagine of Dubsteppers had to go threw the nightmares of Jamaican pressing issues....

Warps, skipping vinyl, hissing vinyl and much more would be a deal of the every day.

What else? Tap water aint cold enough?

the above post is a good example of why, someone else has mentioned there copy of germlins also skips, this is info i can pass on to chemical.

it boggles me why u would make that post, so much unrequired aggro on here, cant bloody post anything without ppl moaning.

anyways cheers yes, we now know as a community that copies of hatcha vs lost - germlin may be skippy....

chemical records have always been awesome with customer service and speedy delivery, will i be ok to get a replacement?

or if this is warped is it likely that the whole batch will be?

i duno, any info? cheers...
if Chemical has 'always been awesome with customer service' - why not call/email them? Surely that would be the best way to contact them rather than via the DSF??

are you a little 12 year old girl?

it boggles me how u can construe my post as "aggro"

if simple questions make you feel uneasy, u must have been through very few hardships in ur life. the fact that u made a forum topic about a warped record is testament 2 my theory.

imo u need 2 grow some sort of a spine/backbone bro
