128 aac sounds about the same as 192 mp3. So not exactly HIGH bitrate. When you look at the vast amount of quality mixes on www.barefiles.com paying anything for an aac/mp3 file looks like mentalism.

if you burn a 128 m4a to a cd, and play it on your system, it is a bit degraded. you can certainly hear the difference in cymbals and high notes. it's fine for your ipod or headphones though.
Expect more like this in the future. Now that I'm doing some contract work for them, there's been discussion of an proper Itunes Grime and Dubstep essentials package, so I may be hollering at some of you label heads in the near future.
