I'm feeling the dark vibes there, the drums are sounding tight.
I felt the sub was a little bit on the quiet side but other than that yeah pretty good

Yeah i am not too sure if that because it's quite a low frequency bass or it is just quitet but if i turn it up too much the sub starts making a noise through my tweeters so essential isn't in the lower frequencies anymore =/.
Any help on this? Compression maybe?

If you have a bitcrusher you can use that to give it a bit more presence and just experiment with different waveforms as well as the sine. I don't mean i can't hear it i just think it would be sick if it had a little bit more of a boost.

Yo,
http://finlaybelcher.co.uk/artwork/HealthClub.mp3
If I could get some feedback on this it'd be rad. It's the first dubstep track I've got a reasonable way with.
Structure of the track is a bit out of whack... I think? Anyway I just want to get better, so any constructive criticism or tips are very welcome.
Cheers, will leave some feedback after I get some sleep.

Like the start, reminds me of streets of rage. Not sure about the sound of the keys at the beginning though, as to me, they sound a bit amatuerish... or maybe it's just the bit where the keys pitch up quickly that does it? Melodically it sounds good though. Drums sound nice. The bass sounds pretty good too, although, there's parts of the bass where the lowpass might be a bit over modulated or the envelope too high? Only throwing stuff out there and just my opinion obviously.

thanks for listening.
well, i heard some much more modulated and distorted basses, but maybe your right, it doesnt really fit into the mood of the whole song @some parts, due to too aggressive modulation.
but youre the first one who mentioned it, so i think its bearable

Got a load of barely listened to tracks on the myspace so I thought I'd whack them in here even though I'm not really looking for much feedback just more listeners really. I know my mixdowns aren't great so feel free to comment on that.

let me know if you're feeling them

I think it's an awesome track except for one little thing that would make it even better:
Your kick atm kinda sucks, it doesn't sound EQ'd at all , perhaps it's a LQ sample , but it needs replacement or a huge boost. If you can make the kick stand out in the mix, the track is done I think..

yuh i'd a agree about the kick, i reckon at points ur synths overpower evrything a little.
otherwise it's a cool track, the build up section from 2:43 is totally sweet
IMHO i would totally drop the 3rds a semitone and make the whole thing minor, the tunes a little too cheerful for my taste. or pick a mode
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Musical_mode ,minor modes=archaic evil

but u may disagree, just my opinion

nice tune this mate.
Loving the minimal approach, spooky as fuck like walking through a misty graveyard.
Think the sub could do with being turned up slightly.
