New Comer Looking for Feedback

Post by trypto » Mon Jul 27, 2009 4:31 am

Hey everyone. I'm new around here but I was hoping to get out there a bit and get some feed back from anyone. Not all of it is dubstep and some of it is very VERY old. Any feed back gratefully appreciated.

one thing ill say is u need to bring your hit hats/rides etc volume down when ur mixing down, a fair bit. because at that frequency humans can notice the sounds a lot more (Somthing to do with being similar frequencies to speaking).

it's not bad for a newcommer, i would say try and make your basslines more flowing, a few of your songs you got this pausing business which sounds bit tacky (not to be harsh).

anyway keep it up!

Bassline is heavy but would like to hear a few more elements thrown in there.

Will make it a bit more interesting for the listener.

Sounds like another synth is coming in later maybe you could bring this forward.

Not really fond of the hits your have used in your drums.

Keep at it though.
