I don't see how there's anything more than ableton and a 303 plugged into his computer, for flying lotus. He's just smart with using the samples he has.

i think he has ditched the 303 but i definitely still hear the lofi compressor from it on a track now and then

I haven't heard it in any of the newest stuff, but it's all over the Los Angeles album.

I heard from a pretty reliable dude, that Reason is his DAW of choice for production...

As far a s creating mixes and live performance, I am sure it's all Ableton...

There was an interview what FlyLo was in stating that he was using Logic now. He got rid of his outboard gear.

i find that extremely hard to believe unless hes rewiring and resampling the fuck out of it

hes kept the program under wraps so no one knows unless they know him personally, cause he sure as hell isnt using presets

I took an Ableton Live seminar hosted by Steve Nelepa of Bass Science

He knows the dude and told me that "Reason is DAW of choice for production"

I mean, he could be misinformed, but I doubt it... He is a pretty smart dude...
