Tune has some serious merit man! However your arrangement is off in a lot of places just a bit, time wise. You workin on a grid? Also, that bass line would be nicer if 1.) it wasn't so in your face 2.)it found some resolution closer to the piano part, maybe a half step or so would be nice to hear every once in a while.
