How forward thinking tracks would you guys accept? What kind of track do you guys usually play out? It's kind of important to know, since most djs use tracks as dancefloor tools, and when you're giving music to djs you need to give it to the right ones.

well as I ll participate to the selection I wanna say any kind of music is welcome as long as it is good
Selected judges have a global knowledge about the sound so we can appreciate any kind of dubstep.
For my part I would say originality is a big key as there is SO many copycats around...

Its our pleasure. We have some Dubstep enthusiasts in our ranks and are aware that there is a lot of very good quality unsigned music out there..... The problem is, with so much out there how do you get your stuff heard?? this, we hope, will help..Gorbek wrote: Awesome, thanks for supporting the grassroots

I guess what Bun said in responce sums it upIanFM wrote:How forward thinking tracks would you guys accept? What kind of track do you guys usually play out? IMO each of the judges mixes different styles of Dubstep. Between them there is expertise in most areas, even "broken dubstep" as it says in Buns bio...
To cut to the chase, if you tag it with dubstep it will get heard. It is up to you if you want to upload dubby, big delay chilled dubstep or Dancefloor dubstep....... the choice is yours IanFM

Totally agree with above. "Dubstep" is moving in every kind of direction and that's one of its many beauties. Good MUSIC speaks for itself. I will be locked on to carbon logic (I spend loads of time there already!). Can't wait to hear what comes through the doors. Already some quality tracks up there. And some on the crazy experimental tip too. Will post some links here soon.BunZer0 wrote:well as I ll participate to the selection I wanna say any kind of music is welcome as long as it is good
