pioneer cdj question

stupid question that i had marked wrong on a certification today that's been irking me
which pioneer models have mpe mp3 support (check all that apply)
cdj-200
cdj-400
cdj-800
cdj-1000

im guessing they meant via data cd but they said 400 was wrong and 1000 wtf?

you can even stick you memory card st8 in to save cues and stuff

CDJ 800mk2's have mp3 support

old 800's or 1000's didn't

400's do and have memory stick compatability

dunno about the 200's

i thought the 400s had mp3 support too. Some have USB support (i have stanton c324s - if they had usb support they would be unstoppable!).
you wack all your tracks on a usb and never have to change cd again

I want usb :(

nah reg level all current do 400s support data mp3 i know rest do

all 400s (plus have direct USB control for serato etc.)
800 mk2s
1000 mk3s

dunno about the 100/200s

200 has mp3 cd but no usb
400 has mp3 cd and usb
800 no
800 mk-2 has mp3 cd... not sure about usb
dunno about 1000

what the 1000 lacks in glossy features like mp3 & data cd playback it gains in total stability and dead-on ability to scratch-cue.
800 and below lag a bit in that regard. noticably.
