This looks great, just saw a tutorial on it. You can turn a photo into a filter using the light points...Some DJs taking photos of their crowds or of people and turning them into a filter sweep.

I was reading about this in future music, looks wicked.
I'll more than likely get corrected but FL 8 has something that does the same thing but on a slightly more basic level - beep map. I was on about this in a thread a few weeks ago

Yeah i really like this idea. To bad it's osx only though.
I know alot of people are using photoshop to do a similar thing.
It's a pretty well known technique but hard to really master.

where you mentioned Beep Map....that was the thread where somebody said load an image in Audacity and it generates a waveform.
That shit is crazy man....the things you learn.

I got a pic of me doing the truffle shuffle, maybe that could be a close contender

The synth is amazing, but 1995 called and they want their web-designer back. That design is fucking evil.

it is, it's as ugly as sin. someone got paid to do that too
