Producing under the name L-OW, Estonian Margus Löve was a fan of garage at a young age…Sneaker Pimps "Spin Spin Sugar" (Armand's Dark Garage Mix) being the first and most influential track. As his tastes progressed through 2-step to drum & bass, he was producing under the name Lizon and promoting nights when, in 2005, he discovered techno and had his first dub-techno tracks release on Italian net label Deepindub. Shortly after this a friend introduced him to the wave of bass music coming out of the UK and he began to use his expertise from other genres to create his own interpretation of the dubstep sound, always with an emphasis on deep and minimal soundscapes with experimentalism.
Watch out for a new release on the Lowercase imprint later this year featuring his track “Inspect” with a Sigha remix on the flip.
