You have got some really good ideas coming through here, liking the atmosphere and the way you're making the track bounce with the drums.
For improvement: you could bulk this up its feeling a little brittle and a little weak with just the bass and the drums constantly rolling out. Remember dubstep essentially falls into the same formulas as other genres, you can often hear subtle signs of say... a chorus, a key change, hell even a middle 8 in almost any big dubstep tune; don't be fooled that just because its electronic and contemporary that those old tricks to hook people in wont work with dubstep (This is not at all essential btw and merely a way to maybe shed some light). Perhaps add some different bass samples and really stretch your imagination, whatever you think will sound sick in your head, try and recreate that in your track.
