it was neither great nor bad
still sounds well produced though
samples fit and so on
it's just that it lacks a bit of a melody
maybe bring up one by yourself....and lay it over the sampled bassline...
be creative

Thanks for the advice.. We only used Fruity Loops 4, and an old copy of Adobe Audition to put it together, an know we need new software.. Wanted to do a melody of sorts from the original, but with the limited resources it wouldn't have sounded great. Will pass it on though!

Pretty big bro, Sounds really good for FL 4, I remember using that shit back in the day making hip-hop beats. I could tell that you had used FL in the intro by the type of chops. Nicely produced, but it sounds a little too much like the original for my liking, Keep up the good work though.

Jameshk - Thanks for the compliments on it, FL4 is a pain, we need new software, have discussed this, going to sort it soon. Looking to make the tune up from different instruments etc maybe next time, or leaving this be and making some other remixes with the feedback given, before moving onto some original stuff..

It is decent, though I agree with Purist that it could use a little something extra. Nice to see more 4/4 stuff recently, gives that dancefloor feel to dubsteppin'.

I think the 4x4 sounds very flat, personally. However, if you add the usual dubstep shuffle, it'll sound just like the original. :-s

Thanks for the feedback guys, were taking it all on board for the next project.. Those wanting 320s I'll mail asap, need to sort that beat out I think.. Tis a bit flat/muffled.
