lol.....I'm partially joking, but I am curious.
People busting out Cubase for live performance
Surely doesn't work well at all....but perhaps there's folks who know it like their back of their hand that they could.

I have used logic during a show a few times
we do live PA with midi sequencer and hardware and I was just triggering airhorns and dub beeps with it on a padkontrol, and using the stock rain and thunder sounds to provide ambience between songs, and a little siren sound from the ES1 using the keyboard keyboard
thats about as in depth as I get with it

good to hear. I could see ACID being convenient actually. I think it's similar to Ableton workflow.

FL Studio has a live mode its ok for fucking about in your bed room. but ive never done a PA using it.

definitely seen some live dub stuff done w/ cubase back in 06, 07-- before ableton 7 really upped the audio ante.
more and more synth players are using Logic's mainstage app. check out the NIN vid on the apple site as well- that whole damn show is mainstage.

One of the first live computer PAs I saw years ago the guy was using Fruity Loops and a bunch of midi pedals and maybe one controller. The live mode in FL is lacking.
