Just wondered what kind of set up people have at home, the system you use everyday to listen to tunes, relax, etc. Do u have a sub, do you feel one is really needed....
ill start-I've got some old Yamaha NS-10M that an old family friend threw out, there getting on a bit but do the job.

a pair of 75 watt kam pa speakers and a power amp. not big but more than enough for me. not so good when you play breakage or something though. wanting to get some more on the low end.

Mine has got this but with out the good sound quality yours has to go with it. I just get bad crackle when I pump it up loud.

panasonic sa-pm22 with the standard speakers for tops n mids
and a sony sub under my desk .... similar to this one but grey
i got a peavey PA system in the other room but its 2 loud 2 use for production + sounds very different to my normal setup

4 x 200w top bins.
800w + 200w amp
Dualfex sound processor
7 band graphic eq.
god love thy neighbour. i live in the middle of a terrace block of houses.
i felt better about it when i had no neighbours at my old address but, they appreciate silence alot more now.

lol i know its not pro audio equipment but i've come to the conclusion if it sounds good on this system .... it sounds good on others
and i can max the volume out without having environmental health/the police come round lol
