bleep.com and Hyperdub 5.1

Post by angry »

Any of you pre-order the Hyperdub 5 set from bleep.com? Received it yet?

Mine still hasn't come, bleep.com aren't replying to emails, but not sure if it's 'cause I've just moved house (communal front door, might have been pinched...). Wondered if anyone else has had problems with them.

I've had the same thing. I saw this on the Bleep website saying it was exclusively available to preorder and I foolishly thought that they'd be the only people to have it or that they'd get it first or something. Now it's in my local record shop but I don't have my copy yet. This is the first time I've bought a physical release off Bleep, don't think I'll use them again in future

I pre-ordered it off Bleep too. Nothing so far. Sent a couple of emails but no reply. Crap service. Dunno what else to do apart from trying for a paypal refund if nothing received in a day or 2.

I'm pretty sure they decided to ship on the day it's released, not to arrive on the release date. That's what they did with my copy of LA EP 3x3, but it arrived fine (I'm in canada too).

Glad to hear some of you are finally getting them. I hope mine comes today.

Crap service from Bleep, I won't be using them again. Usually I stick with Juno and Rough Trade, wish I had with this!

It is a bit of a piss take, though. Other places manage Monday shippping - if you're prepared to deal with pre-orders you should certainly be able to ship on time.

I'm not normally an angry guy. Just a one off drunken night in my first year of uni that I don't even remember... Nickname stuck.

Mine came yesterday, very pleased. Bleep wrapping paper is a nice finishing touch.

Hopefully 5.2 today :D

dunno about bleep or 5.2 but my post has been fucked for the last 2 weeks- waiting on various different orders from various different outlets. I wouldn't be too quick to blame bleep on this one.
